Pump repair, maintenance & flow tests
No water, sputtering taps, a pump that won't shut off. Most pump repairs are finished the same day, and flow tests show what the well can really deliver.

Grade · Pump or wiring?
Half of a well problem is above the ground
A well is a pump sitting in the casing and a circuit feeding it from the surface. When the water quits, the fault can be in either one, and a crew that only knows one side ends up guessing at the other.
A pump that will not start might be a dead motor, or a pressure switch with burned contacts, or a breaker feeding the pump house. A pump that cycles on and off every few seconds is often a waterlogged pressure tank rather than a failed pump. Pulling a pump to find out is the expensive way to learn it was the switch.
Castle Pump & Electric holds an active Washington L&I electrical contractor license, CASTLPE842NN, along with construction and plumbing contractor licenses. The same crew that tests the circuit can pull the pump, so you do not wait on a second company to finish the diagnosis. That is also why they wire the pump houses, drives and controls they install.
